CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 09:00
Report from Eldey: Sailing out with beautiful calm weather, we found the sea looking smooth but with a large swell. Bobbing slowly up and down, we sailed out for a god hour before coming across a very active zone, full of birdlife and thriving with fishing, seen coming to the surface. Here we spotted 3 minke whales, roaming around the boat, feeding happily and followedby the birds. After leaving this spot, we noticed another boat with many splashes next to it. a pod of 5 white beaked dolphins came, curiously swimming around us before leaving quickly to another. We sailed back home, the waves in our back, everyone having seen both minke and dolphin.

CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 13:00
Report from Eldey: Sailing out again this afternoon, we headed to the same spots we had this morning to find our trusted whales. Sadly, we couldn't find anything of interest for the longest of times, apart from one solitary white beaked dolphin. We finally spotted some odd activity further South and stayed looking around this new area. After 30 minutes. a humpback whale finally showed up, long enough that we could all enjoy it fully and that all could see. After this great encounter, we headed back with a trip well finished.
