NORTHERN LIGHT CRUISE | 21:00
Report from Eldey: We headed out of the harbor with mostly clear sky. We could see the star signs and the planets Venus and Saturn. We were full of hope that we would see the Northern Lights today, because the forecast was pretty good. We had a lookout in every direction, but no Northern Lights. So I told the guests something about the NL, how they occur and what people back in the days thought the Auroras were. As we headed back to the harbor, since it was that time again, I spotted some light Northern Lights above mount Esja, so we stopped to have a look at them. Unfortunately they didn't get stronger, so we got back to the harbor and issued complimentary tickets so our passengers can try again another night.
