Preview textThis morning, it didn't take us too long to spot a blow in the distance - then one after another! Soon we had seen 5 humpback whales! In the afternoon we spotted 1 minke whale in a distance, but it was moving very fast. We then saw a blow in the distance - it turned out to be 3 humpback whales, very active and we managed to spent a good amount of time with them!

Preview textWe sailed into the bay in sunny, but chilly weather. We found a small pod of 5 white-beaked dolphins and a a solo harbour porpoise, but they all disappeared quickly. Due to the difficult sightings, we of course offered complimentary tickets to all our understanding passengers. The rest of the day's tours were unfortunately cancelled due to unfavourable weather.

Preview textOur day started with sunny skies and some cold wind. After a while we spotted a minke whale and then a pod of white-beaked dolphins! In the afternoon we found a pod of 3 harbour porpoises, 2 humpback whales, and finally an orca! But it wasn't alone - we saw another 5 feeding around us. One of them even lob-tailed next to our boat! What a fantastic surprise!

Preview textThis morning we sailed out into the bay in search for wildlife. After a short while, we came across an area with a lot of birds and found 3 minke whales actively feeding and rolling. Then a humpback whale came up and did some nice rolls and fluke dives. In the afternoon we found the humpback whale again quite close by and managed to see some atlantic puffins.

Preview textWe set sail this morning with gentle seas and soon spotted pod of around 6 harbour porpoises, 2 pods of 20-30 or so white-beaked dolphins and a minke whale! In the afternoon we found a super pod of 100+ white-beaked dolphins, jumping, feeding and swimming in all directions. Then, after a bit of sailing we found a minke whale and finally a humpback whale!

Preview textWe had a calm morning at sea today! On our way out, we saw some atlantic puffins and a minke whale on our left. A bit further out we encountered a humpback whale, whom we recognised it as Mr. Bubbles! On the way back we spotte a pod of about 5 harbour porpoises. In the afternoon we saw 4 pods of harbour porpoises and about 8-10 white-beaked dolphins!

Preview textIn the morning, the sea was calm and it didn't take long until we found a couple of groups of 3-15 harbour porpoises before being joined by a minke whale! In the afternoon, we encountered a small pod of 3 harbour porpoises, surfacing multiple times close to the boat. We also encountered a lovely minke whale that surfaced a few times fairly close to our boat!

Preview textThis morning we sailed out into the grey with the wind in our backs. After searching for a bit, we eventually found a minke whale and 5 harbour porpoises! In the afternoon we found a total of 9 harbour porpoises and 2 minke whales but due to the short lived sightings, both tours offered all passengers complimentary tickets so they can try again some other time.

Preview textThe morning tour saw 3 small pods of white-beaked dolphins, a humpback whale as well as a minke whale! The afternoon tour found 2 harbour porpoises, but we searched all around the bay but sadly spotted no more signs of any cetacean wildlife. Eventually we did hand out complimentary tickets to all passengers to so they get to join us again another day.

Preview textThe morning tour search for quite some time before eventually finding a very elusive minke whale! In the afternoon, we found at least 13 harbour porpoises throughout the tour. Due to the difficult sightings, however, both tours ended up issuing complimentary tickets. We sincerely hope to see all our guests return for a second chance at wildlife sightings!

On the way back we saw 3 more harbour porpoises, but ultimately we issued complimentary tickets in the hope for better sightings next time. All other tours were cancelled today due to rough conditions.

Preview textThis morning we sailed into a stormy sea. The great visibility allowed us to search a vast areas of the bay and we were accompanied by many different seabirds along the way. Despite our best efforts, we saw no signs of cetaceans, so we issued complimentary tickets to all passengers. The afternoon tour ended up being cancelled due to unfavourable conditions.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, no cetaceans were seen, so we issued complimentary tickets to all passengers. In the afternoon we encountered a pod of 8 white-beaked dolphins feeding. They came super close to us, sometimes surfing with the waves!

Preview textIt was like a perfect summer day this morning, with barely any wind. We made our way to Hafnarfjörður, where we spotted a minke whale! Closer to Reykjavík, we found a pod of about 20 white-beaked dolphins! In the afternoon we saw two pods of white-beaked dolphins consisting of 5 and 30 individuals. They were extremely active and jumping around a lot!

Preview textToward the end of the morning tour, we caught a glimpse of a minke whale, but it was super quick and the passengers didn't really get a chance to see it, so we issued complimentary tickets tickets in the end. In the afternoon we found ourselves a minke whale! It was seemingly unbothered by our presence, as it surfaced multiple times very close to our boat!
