Report from Eldey: The forecast looked good throughout the day with activity rises and falling as updates came in. When we departed the harbour the activity was listed as a 3, with patchy skies. The weather was a little miserable at first as a very brief shower fell but once this had ceased, the clouds separated and windows of clear sky were visible. A faint band appearred almost immediately which grew in strength for several minutes. A second, smaller band of northern lights grew underneath the most noticeable section. A good lights show, with many happy guests.
