Sigurður, or Siggi as we know him, is one of Elding's ticket office relief representatives and a valued member of our front-line team who steps in as needed to support daily operations. Though not full-time staff, he plays an important role in ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome, efficient service, and accurate information, especially during busy periods or when covering for regular team members.
With a solid understanding of our booking system and customer service approach, he helps keep things running smoothly at the harbour and contributes to the friendly atmosphere we aim to provide. His flexibility, reliability, and positive attitude make him a vital part of the Elding experience.
Siggi is Icelandic and speaks fluent Icelandic and English.
